When you think about mobility scooters, you’re more apt to think about nursing homes, Wheel of Fortune and depression rather than speed. However, Colin Furze, who is part of Sky 1′s Gadget Geeks team, created this world record holding scooter which can apparently reach speeds of up to 70 mph. In the video after the break, Colin can be seen putting the vehicle through its paces in the snow and reaching speeds in excess of 50 mph.
