The folks behind FatCatArt see some of art’s greatest masterpieces as flawed. So, they decided to correct the mistakes (and make the paintings more Internet friendly) by replacing figures with photos of a plump puss named Zarathustra.
Zarathustra is now part of works spanning centuries and various styles, from the renaissance frescoes of Michelangelo, to the baroque works of Caravaggio, all the way to the street art of Banksy.

Persik has the look of a typical cat, but departs from the normal behavior of laying around, eating, and ignoring people by engaging in games of fetch while panting like a dog.

Apparently Albert was rejected as a show cat, which may be the cause of his continual expression of anger. However, his fortunes appear to be changing thanks to a new “pompous.albert” Instagram account that is rapidly making him a celebrity on the Internet, where unhappy looking cats are king.

The world may view cats as unfeeling, uncaring balls of fur, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with Jasper, who lavishes his canine buddy Bow-Z with hugs and licks after the dog was away for over a week.

As you’ll see after the jump, the jaunt wasn’t without some hiccups, but because true laziness is an art, Fluffy was unfazed.
Milk the cat recently experienced the new and bizarre sensation of having his teeth brushed, and his reaction can only be described as “cat”atonic. Whether it was a positive reaction to a wonderful bristle massage or the simply the shock of minty cleanliness, we may never know.
