A 21 year old man flying to Wisconsin for his grandmother’s funeral was placed in handcuffs and detained by the TSA for 90 minutes after he decided to write the Fourth Amendment across his chest:

“He went there knowing he would not do the advanced imaging and do the pat-down instead,” his attorney said in a telephone interview with Wired. “He was making it easy for them and in the process he wanted to communicate his objection for doing so.”

Of course, he could have saved himself the trouble of writing out the fourth amendment if he just bought some TSA underwear.

Nonetheless, he is now suing the TSA for wrongful detention and a breach of the First Amendment and Fourth Amendment. Even with the delay, he still made his flight.
